No Returns or Exchanges
All of our products are custom-made based on your uploaded images and selected design preferences. For this reason:

We do not provide refunds for orders where the customer changes their mind after production has begun.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once your personalized item has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Image Quality
The final appearance of your personalized product depends on the quality of the images you upload. We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution, blurry, cropped, or incorrectly uploaded images.
